◆ The variable intake system is to improve the combustion efficiency by changing the length and cross-sectional area of the intake pipe, so that the engine is more stable and has more torque at low speeds, and smoother and more powerful at high speeds.

◆ One end of the intake manifold is connected to the intake valve, and the other end is connected to the intake resonance chamber behind the intake manifold. Each cylinder has an intake manifold. When the engine is running, the intake valve is continuously opened and closed. When the valve is opened, the mixed gas in the intake manifold enters the cylinder through the valve at a certain speed. When the valve is closed, the mixed gas will rebound when it is blocked, and vibration frequency will be generated repeatedly. If the intake manifold is short, the frequency will obviously be faster; if the intake manifold is long, the frequency will become relatively slow. If the oscillation frequency of the mixture in the intake manifold resonates with the opening time of the intake valve, then the intake efficiency at this time is obviously very high. Therefore, the variable intake manifold can provide optimal air distribution when the engine is running at high speed and low speed.

◆ When the engine is running at low speed, the long and thin intake manifold can increase the airflow velocity and air pressure intensity of the intake air, and make the gasoline atomization better, burn better and increase the torque.

◆ When the engine runs at high speed, a large amount of mixed gas is needed, and the intake manifold will become thick and short, so that more mixed gas can be sucked in and the output power can be increased.
